Project: Concert (Midtown)  Award: 72" SMART Board interactive whiteboard with a Floor Stand, plus two PolyCom SoundPoint phones (donated by WorldCom, Inc). Location: Atlanta, GA

The room was designed to be an executive briefing room with full presentation and videoconferencing capabilities. The windows allow for natural light in the room, enhancing the room's design and group productivity. Consequently, the projectors had to be bright enough to overcome the natural light in order to provide quality video images during presentations. The projectors used are 3000-lumen Sanyo EF10NA portable projectors.

The room features an In-wall Rear Projection SMART Board interactive whiteboard, which is used for document collaboration during videoconferencing and for local presentations. There are connection points at the table for up to four laptop computers, which may be displayed on the presentation screens or routed through a scan converter for viewing during a videoconference. 

Other features include multipoint videoconferencing, dual high-resolution LCD rear-screen projection, matrix switching of both RGB and video with audio follow and AMX touch-panel controls. The AMX touch panel and control systems are used to easily manage the entire audio/visual system as well as the artificial lighting. The touch panel also serves as a preview monitor for videoconferencing and presentations.
